The proven techniques we learnt about through Workforce Evolve to address some of the challenges disadvantaged people face in the workplace was valuable and supportive as we continue to source employees from these diverse and inclusive groups.

The program helped me to connect the dots, to see our employment practices with fresh eyes, what our employment and engagement with staff is really like, and how our employment strategy is working.

The Workforce Evolve program did a great job at providing actionable concepts for what and where our business needs were. Very well done and very useful information delivered in an excellent manner. I would highly recommend the Workforce Evolve program to anyone that is interested in improving their businesses internal and external relationships and in growing their businesses opportunities.

The benefit to me completing Workforce Evolve was it provided the big picture or broader framework for creating an inclusive workforce. Being able to access templates and guides was extremely beneficial – they are very practical. As a small business having access to free information and practical resources was the biggest benefit to us, as these resources aren’t readily accessible to small businesses.
