Logan is one of Queensland’s fastest-growing cities, and the decisions local businesses make today will shape how that growth translates into productivity, competitiveness and long-term resilience.
On Wednesday, 18 March, we hosted the Logan ecoBiz Leaders Forum, bringing together local business owners, sustainability experts, and our ecoBiz team to hear from local leaders putting circular principles into practice. The highlight of the morning was the launch of our new Circular Economy module. With rising costs, changing customer expectations, and growing sustainability pressures, Queensland businesses need practical solutions. The circular economy isn’t just about the environment, it’s a strong economic strategy that can improve productivity, reduce waste, cut costs, support innovation, and build long-term resilience.
We were also pleased to congratulate our ecoBiz Star Partners in Logan for their achievements in reducing energy, waste, and water consumption: Anthony and Andrera Bialocerkowski – Goldco Security Group, Jason Stevens – Southside Concrete Sawing & Drilling, Wendy Kent – B&C Plastics, Nerada Lollback – Big Bad Café from Wolff Coffee Roasters, and Tiani Le Var – OMGrazing.
The ecoBiz program is proudly supported through the Queensland Government’s Recycling and Jobs Fund.
