Between February and May 2025, in partnership with the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), Business Chamber Queensland hosted a series of Industrial Relations (IR) Reforms Workshops across Queensland as part of the second IR Reforms Roadshow.

Designed to support Queensland businesses in navigating IR rules and regulations with straightforward, practical advice, the roadshow stopped off in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Mackay, Gold Coast, Townsville and Cairns.

At each workshop, our Workplace Relations experts unpacked key areas including the differences between employment types, reducing psychosocial hazards in the workplace and new rules around positive duties for employers.
