Isabella brings an understanding of the practicalities of managing staff due to her experience in generalist Human Resources across multiple industries and HR projects.
As a Workforce Coach, Isabella will support employers to better understand their obligations within the employment relationship and assist them to create positive and sustainable workplace practices.
Isabella holds Bachelor in Business Management (Human Resources) and Arts (Ancient History) from the University of Queensland, and a Graduate Certificate in Employment Relations from Griffith University.

Louise brings a wealth of professional experience to the Workforce Evolve team gained across a variety of sectors including government, corporate and non profit. She is driven to enable authentic and ethical change within organisations to create positive social impact.
Louise is an IAP2 trained professional with strong communications experience and a passion for deep engagement across diverse stakeholder groups. She brings strong leadership, community engagement, and organisation skills together with technical proficiency and a passion for achieving sustainable outcomes for businesses and communities. Louise is looking forward to working collaboratively across all stakeholder groups to ensure businesses across Queensland are provided with professional assistance as they progress through the Workforce Evolve program.
Louise holds a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University, majoring in Sustainable Business and Event Management with distinction.
