Humans Like Us mobilises Australian employers to support refugees building a new life in Australia.

We build employers’ confidence and capacity to successfully welcome and integrate refugees into their workforce, by provide strategic advice, resources and connections to an inter-agency peer group, the Australian Employer Network for Refugee Inclusion.

The Humans Like Us website operates as a best-practice manual, based on the experiences of employers around the world and up-to-date academic research.

The Multicultural Professional Network

Our vision is to highlight the importance of hiring, retaining, nurturing and upskilling multicultural talent including executive sponsorship. We deliver on our purpose and vision by focusing our efforts on delivering experiences that serve to connect Multicultural Professionals across Australia (and beyond).
