During the two-hour HR Health Check, an experienced Workplace Advisory Services team member will sit with you and work through the following compliance matters*:
- The correct engagement of employees;
- Industrial instrument conditions, such as Modern Awards;
- General terms and conditions of employment;
- Understanding casual conversion;
- Induction processes;
- Policies and procedures; and
- Record keeping requirements.
