In 2032, the eyes of the world will turn to Brisbane and Queensland as we host the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This once-in-a-generation economic opportunity is forecast to bring a $4.6 billion increase in international tourism and trade for Queensland and $8.5 billion across Australia.

Following the World Chambers Congress in Melbourne, Business Chamber Queensland is inviting leading global Chambers to visit Brisbane to attend a series of events showcasing the sunshine state and gain insight from those with experience in capitalising on international events.

Participants will have a unique opportunity to connect with Brisbane 2032 key stakeholders and explore joint economic and strategic opportunities through trade, investment and the visitor economy.

International Chamber roundtable: Hosted sessions to share best practices and explore ongoing collaboration opportunities among participating delegates.
Brisbane and Queensland insight sessions: Industry and government-led briefings on topics such as Brisbane 2032 planning, trade and investment, and Queensland’s visitor economy.
Business networking events: Opportunities to connect with local Chamber members and businesses.
Brisbane festival experience: including special access to the iconic Riverfire event on Saturday evening.
