Business leaders in Townsville have shared their perspectives on the future of women in business and what needs to change to increase women’s participation, progression and leadership across Queensland.

The Townsville event explored findings from Business Chamber Queensland’s Future of Women in Business Report, supported by Australian Retirement Trust, including the barriers women continue to experience in the workforce and the opportunities for business and government to help address them.

Kylie Dallas from Australian Retirement Trust, Claudia Brumme from Townsville Enterprise and Tim Richardson from The Ville Resort-Casino joined Business Chamber Queensland’s Reg Roberts for the discussion.
