Available to all Queensland employers, this service provides free advice and support, independent from workers’ compensation insurers and the Office of Industrial Relations.

 

Free help to grow your business: Workforce Evolve

Workforce Evolve is our free program, funded by the Queensland Government, that gives small business owners and managers the tools you need to grow your business.

We help you unlock new sources of talent and build a positive, productive and inclusive culture so you can capitalise on every business opportunity. The program provides free training, tools, templates and personalised coaching to help you build the workforce you need to thrive.

 

Free Employer Assistance Helpline

When you’re a Business Chamber Queensland member, HR help is just a phone call away. Our Employer Assistance Helpline is your direct line to a comprehensive range of free HR advice and services.

Each month, our Employer Assistance Helpline receives around 800 calls and emails from business owners and human resource managers.
