Business leaders in Cairns have shared their perspectives on the future of women in business and what needs to change to increase women’s participation, progression and leadership across Queensland.
The Cairns event explored findings from Business Chamber Queensland’s Future of Women in Business Report, supported by Australian Retirement Trust, including the barriers women continue to experience in the workforce and the opportunities for business and government to help address them.
Kylie Dallas, from Australian Retirement Trust; Róisín McCormack, from Indiji Civil and Kirsty Nancarrow, from Regional Media Training joined Business Chamber Queensland’s Reg Roberts for the discussion.
